To pause your membership before the next automatic billing date, a 30-day email notice must be submitted prior to the billing date. A $25 hold fee will be applied for each month the membership is paused, which helps reserve the player’s spot and ensure continuity in the program. This fee will be charged upon their return.

Make-up lessons for illness-related absences require a doctor's note.

Weather-related make-ups are offered on Fridays.

Bagnati Academy is not responsible for rescheduling missed make-up lessons.

In the event of an injury, Bagnati Academy will pause the membership and apply the credit toward lessons upon the player's return.

In the event an immediate cancelation is requested without the 30 day notice, an early termination fee of $99 will be charged to the account on file.
